therapy services

No two seasons of life are the same—and neither is therapy. Whether you’re navigating the intense identity shifts of new motherhood, supporting a teenager through a tough transition, or simply looking for space to feel more grounded and whole, therapy can be a powerful place to start.

I offer specialized support for adults, teens, and perinatal clients through a compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed lens. Below, you’ll find more about the populations I work with and what sessions might look like.

Let’s find the right fit for you.

Pregnant and Postpartum Clients

Perinatal mental health is often overlooked—and deeply personal. Whether you’re trying to conceive, adjusting to pregnancy, healing from birth, or in the thick of new motherhood, therapy can offer a supportive space that feels safe, grounded, and validating.

Why only 60-Minute Sessions for Teens?

For teens, consistency and structure are key. A 60-minute session provides enough time to build trust, explore what’s coming up emotionally, and develop coping strategies—without feeling overwhelming or too intensive. This length also helps support attention, engagement, and emotional regulation in a way that feels manageable and productive.
